This is a small hotel (by Turkish standards), although the most accurate word describing it is COMPACT. It is located on the first coastline, between Caretta Relax Hotel and Club Wasa Holiday Village, in the Konaklı region.

The distance from the airport is approximately 1 hour 40 minutes by car. For those specifically requesting a hotel close to the airport, this should be taken into account.

The target audience includes families with children, couples of all ages, and elderly guests, since each category can find suitable facilities here.

The hotel consists of a single main building, which contains the reception area, a beautifully designed restaurant, the SPA & Turkish bath, an indoor pool, fitness room, barbershop, and all guest rooms — making everything easy to access.

Room — Rating 9/10

• Modern style, dark-toned interior combined with white furniture and mirrors → premium look & feel.
• The renovation is fairly new; no visible wear observed in the room or the main building.
• Well-stocked minibar: juices, beer, wine, snacks, and water.

Restaurant — Rating 9/10

The restaurant is located in the main building on floor R (one level below L — Lobby). The interior matches the room design, offering a very pleasant visual consistency.

Seating is available indoors, outdoors, and by the pool. Everything is new, clean and made with great taste — this is a real restaurant, not a canteen.

Food is plentiful, varied and tasty. Both lunch and dinner offer several options of meat and fish, many salads, desserts, and fruits. Dinner is slightly richer thanks to the outdoor grills. Watermelon and melon are also served. There is a dedicated children’s area.

Territory — Rating 9/10

Facilities are not extensive in number, given the compact size of the hotel, but everything essential is present — a beautiful outdoor pool with a children’s section, a decent aquapark, a kids club, an outdoor entertainment zone for adults, and two terraces on the beach.

The territory is exceptionally well maintained: perfectly trimmed lawns, very clean beach and surroundings.

The hotel’s beach is clearly separated from neighboring hotels. Access is extremely easy — once you walk past the pool area, you are directly on the well-equipped beach.

The beach is a mix of fine sand and small pebbles; the entry into the sea is smooth and pleasant.

There are two terraces serving snacks for guests, and refrigerators with bottled drinking water are placed throughout the property — a great advantage in the summer months.

There are 3 outdoor pools (two for adults and one for children) in perfect condition, plus an indoor pool and a fitness area.

Conclusions

Highly recommended for guests of all ages (perhaps less suitable for young adults under 25 traveling without children). Main advantages: first coastline, beautiful rooms, excellent service, great restaurant and compact layout with everything easily accessible.

The hotel makes maximum use of its compact size, offering all necessary facilities at a very high standard.

Service is exceptional: about an hour after check-in I received a complimentary tray of fruit, baklava, salted nuts, cold beer and chips. A lovely gesture!
