Serenity Queen Hotel Review ★★★★★
⭐ Overall rating: 9/10
This Serenity Queen Hotel review is based on real experience and is intended for travelers looking for a balanced Turkey all inclusive holiday / Turkey all inclusive with good service, comfort, and easy access to all facilities.
1. Short description
Serenity Queen Hotel is a small hotel by Turkish standards, although the word that best describes its size and overall layout is COMPACT. It is located on the first line, between Caretta Relax Hotel and Club Wasa Holiday Village.
The hotel is in the Konaklı area, about 1 hour and 40 minutes by car from the airport. So, for travelers specifically asking for a hotel close to the airport, it is important to keep this detail in mind.
The target audience includes families with children, couples of all ages, and senior travelers, because each group will find suitable activities and will discover that the hotel genuinely has something to offer everyone.
The hotel consists of a single main building, which contains a very beautiful reception area, an equally beautiful and inviting restaurant, various facilities that provide a wide range of services (such as a Turkish bath, SPA, indoor pool, gym, hairdresser, etc.), as well as the rooms themselves—making access to all services and facilities extremely convenient.
2. Rooms — Rating: 9/10
The rooms are designed in a modern style, with darker tones combined with white furniture and mirrors, which creates a premium, high-quality feel.
The renovation is fairly new. I did not notice any obvious signs of wear in the room, the main building, or the restaurant.
The minibar is quite well stocked, including juices, beer, wine, snacks (sticks), and water.
3. Restaurant — Rating: 9/10
As mentioned, the restaurant is located inside the main building, on level R (one level below L — Lobby). The dining hall is designed in the same modern style as the rooms, creating a pleasant visual continuity and showing that the builders were extremely attentive and consistent in maintaining the hotel’s look and style across all facilities used by guests.
Tables are placed both inside the restaurant and outside, around the pool area. Everything is very clean, new, and tastefully executed. The use of the word “RESTAURANT” (and not “canteen,” as is the case in many other hotels) is absolutely justified.
The food is more than sufficient, diverse, and tasty. At both lunch and dinner, I found multiple meat and fish dishes, more types of salads than I would ever want, tempting desserts, and fruit. Dinner is richer than lunch, with grills (not too many) activated near the pool, by the restaurant exit. Watermelon and melon were also served at dinner. The restaurant also has a dedicated area for children.
4. Territory — Rating: 9/10
The hotel does not have a very large number of facilities because it is small, but first of all it has everything that is absolutely necessary: a beautiful pool with a section for small children, a decent aquapark, a kids club, an adult entertainment area—an open-air disco—and two large terraces on the beach.
Everything around is new and extremely well maintained: perfectly trimmed grass, a very clean beach, and a very clean overall territory.
The hotel beach is clearly separated from the beaches of neighboring hotels. Access could not be more convenient: the moment you leave the pool area, you step straight onto a well-equipped beach. The beach is a combination (not the most aesthetic) of fine sand and small pebbles. The entry into the sea is gentle and pleasant—guests were already swimming around 9 in the morning.
On the beach there are two terraces where a few types of food are served for guests’ convenience, and throughout the hotel there are fridges with bottled water—something that deserves real appreciation in summer.
The hotel has 3 outdoor pools, two for adults and one for small children. They are not extraordinary, but they are also hard to criticize: all are in perfect condition and well maintained. Guests can also enjoy a sufficiently large aquapark adjacent to the pools.
In addition, the hotel also has a small indoor pool. Next to it there is a very decent gym.
Right next to the children’s pool, there is a very well-maintained Kids Club.
Evening entertainment includes a mini-disco for children and a live-music disco for adults until around 11:00 PM.

| Kids | Well-maintained kids club, mini-disco, decent aquapark, kids pool | Very suitable for families |
| Service | Exceptional; welcome gift after check-in (fruit, baklava, nuts, ice-cold beer, chips) | Guests who appreciate attention to detail and hospitality |
5. Conclusions
The hotel is highly recommended for travelers of any age (perhaps less so for young guests under 25 without children) because of its undeniable advantages: first-line location, very beautiful rooms, exceptional staff service, a wonderful restaurant with excellent food, and the convenience of accessing all facilities (since the hotel is not very large or spread out).
Given its limited size, Serenity Queen maximizes what it has and delivers all the essential facilities at a level that is genuinely hard to criticize.
I also have to highlight the exceptional service. Just 1 hour after I checked in, I received a complimentary gift—fruit, baklava, salted nuts, ice-cold beer, and chips. Hats off!
The only downsides I can mention are the transfer time from the airport (almost 2 hours by coach or about 1 hour and 40 minutes by minibus) and the rather limited fruit selection.
